My Story
I have been with Scentsy for eight years... How time flies! I never thought this is what I would be doing... I would have probably laughed at you if you said I was. But... Through Scentsy, I have gained so much confidence in myself that I did not know I had. I have struggled all my life with ADD, anxiety, and bouts of depression. But Scentsy has been that constant; the thing that I knew I could do while I was struggling and I would be okay. To know that I am able to work the things in my life that make me happy (and struggle) as well as show others how happy Scentsy has made me and bring some Scentsy happiness into the lives of others? Nothing short of amazing.
I fail. A lot. But I have been able to fail and pick myself up and know that I will be okay here, in my little Scentsy world, and no one will judge me for my failures. In fact, they will encourage me to keep going and persevere on in spite of it.
It is not honestly not about the incentives I earned (even though I have earned a few). It is about the memories I have made along the way and the friendships gained, both locally and across the country. I have always been a natural introvert, but this has helped me with my confidence more than I ever thought was possible. It has given me the chance to reconnect with people in person I had lost touch with—and honestly? That’s HUGE! And the new friends I’ve made along the way have made everything so much easier!
